I hope you had a wonderful weekend.

First of all, my husband was the one who typically dealt with your store and maintaining our pool, I just did the occasional quick run in. It is with sincere pleasure that I am able to tell you that not only am I a well informed pool owner now, but I am loving being a pool owner and looking forward to dealing with your staff at Ellsworth and Baseline. Beau was the gentleman who helped me out for the most part, however, there was another young man who stepped in on occasion as well, forgive me for not knowing his name. Both of these young men were such a pleasure to work with, I don't even know where to begin.

I thought I had a sand filter, only to discover it was a DE filter. I needed a pool cleaner and had an idea of what I wanted because I knew I liked it when I had the pool with my ex, but Beau explained why it was a good choice. I visited your store a total of 4 times over the course of 24 hours and twice I was so frustrated and felt so stupid and my own inability to figure things out that I asked Beau if I could just schedule an appointment to have them come out and fix everything for me. He knew I was just starting out and didn't have a ton of money laying around and he kept pushing me that I could do it and walking me through everything. At 10 PM on Friday night, I was able to close the top of the filter system, prime it and turn it on and low and behold, I actually had pressure to move my new walker!!!

Honestly, I am now so thankful that Beau walked me through everything, (even though it took some income away from you because I didn't use your service), as I now know I can do it myself. They never made me feel stupid and I had a blast. My 17 year old son even came the last 2 times to make sure I was understanding everything they were telling me and so he could help me when we got home. He said that it was some of the best customer service he has seen in a really long time.

I wanted to make sure that you knew what a great staff you have at this location. They walked me through everything, told me where I could get my cool decking repairs in one spot, and even figured out how big my pool was for me!! They checked my water on Saturday and Beau called me on Saturday afternoon to make sure everything was still up and running and to see if I had any questions. Awesome staff that you have on board at this location and I know how difficult that can be. I have been either a VP or Director of HR almost my entire adult life. I hope you have a wonderful day!
